Shipping & Returns
Delivery times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. A tracking email will be sent to you upon shipment.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free for all orders over €80. Below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your address when checking out.
Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@maisonorynn.com.
Return policy
You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return an item. To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition
- The item must be in its original case
- The item must not have been personalized
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@maisonorynn.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the procedure to follow within 48 hours.
Return fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refund
Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used for the order.
Defective or incorrect item
If you receive a defective item or an item different from your order, contact us immediately at contact@maisonorynn.com with a photo. We will cover the return and replacement at no extra charge.
