Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between the Maison Orynn brand (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual making a purchase via the website https://www.maisonorynn.com/ (hereinafter "the Customer"). The acquisition of a product through this site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
These GTC may change according to regulatory updates or website developments. The applicable GTC are those in force on the day of the order.
The website is published by the company SELLORA DISTRIBUTION, whose registered office is located at 47 rue Vivienne 75002 Paris, registered with the National Register of Companies under SIRET number 103 170 437 00018. The company operates and owns the Maison Orynn brand. For any questions, the Customer can contact Customer Service at: contact@maisonorynn.com.
ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 Acceptance: The Customer acknowledges having read these GTC at the time of placing the order and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
1.2 Modification: The Seller reserves the right to modify its GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of the order.
1.3 Capacity: The Customer declares to have full legal capacity allowing them to commit under these conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND OFFERS
2.1. Product description
The products offered for sale on the Maison Orynn website are Stainless Steel and 925 Silver jewelry. Each product is subject to a descriptive sheet as precise as possible, including in particular:
● Product photographs,
● A detailed description of the product,
● Available sizes,
● Colors,
● Materials,
● Care instructions, if applicable.
Despite all the care taken in the presentation of the products, the photographs and visuals on the site are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual. Minor color variations may exist depending on screens or lighting.
In accordance with the law, Maison Orynn's 925 Silver jewelry complies with the regulations on precious metals.
2.2. Availability
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. Availability is indicated on each product sheet. However, a stock error remains possible despite regular site updates.
In the event of a product being unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. They may then:
● Be fully reimbursed for the product concerned,
● Accept an exchange (if an equivalent item is available),
● Maintain their order partially (if multiple items).
Reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date the Customer is informed.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
3.1. Displayed prices
The prices of products offered on the www.maisonorynn.com website are indicated in euros (€). Under the micro-business status, VAT is not applicable in accordance with article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Prices are therefore net.
Prices do not include delivery costs, which are added at the time of basket validation and specified before final payment. For any delivery outside the European Union, any potential taxes and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the Customer. For deliveries to the United States, the Customer is informed that customs duties may apply depending on the value of the package and the American customs regulations in force at the time of delivery, independently of Maison Orynn's will.
3.2. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are indicated to the Customer during the order process, depending on the chosen delivery method, destination, and order amount. Promotional offers may exceptionally allow for free delivery, according to the conditions specified on the site.
3.3. Price validity
Maison Orynn reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without prior notice (particularly in the event of promotional offers). However, the price applied to the order is that in force at the time of its final validation by the Customer.
3.4. Pricing error
In the event of a manifest error in the displayed price (ridiculous or inconsistent price), Maison Orynn reserves the right to cancel the order. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity to place a new order at the corrected price.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER
4.1. Order process
The Customer can place an order directly on the www.maisonorynn.com website by following these steps:
● Selection of products (size, color, quantity) and adding to cart;
● Cart validation;
● Logging into customer account or creating an account (or ordering as a guest if this option is available);
● Entering or confirming delivery and billing address;
● Choosing delivery method;
● Choosing payment method;
● Consultation and full and unreserved acceptance of the GTC;
● Final validation of the order with payment obligation.
Before final validation, an order summary is presented to the Customer, who can modify the entered information if necessary.
The non-professional Customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity, or hold parental authorization if they are a minor.
4.2. Order confirmation
Once the order has been validated and payment made, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail including:
● The order number,
● Details of items purchased,
● The total amount paid,
● Delivery and billing details.
Maison Orynn recommends that the Customer keep this e-mail as proof of purchase.
4.3. Order refusal
Maison Orynn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including:
● Existing dispute with the Customer,
● Refused or unauthorized payment,
● Abnormal or abusive order (excessive quantity, unauthorized resale, etc.),
● Non-compliance with these GTC,
● Error or bug on selected items (essential characteristics or incorrect price),
● Clearly incorrect personal information.
ARTICLE 5 – MEANS OF PAYMENT
5.1. Accepted payment methods
Orders are paid for online, at the time of order validation, using the following payment methods:
● Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, AMEX)
● PayPal, Klarna
The Customer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method.
5.2. Secure payment
Transactions carried out on the website www.maisonorynn.com are fully secured via a certified payment platform (e.g. Stripe, PayPal or other). Banking data is encrypted and never transmitted unencrypted on the site. Maison Orynn does not store any banking information on its servers.
5.3. Payment validation
The order is considered final after confirmation of payment by the banking institution. In the event of refusal of payment authorization or detected anomaly, Maison Orynn reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
5.4. Retention of title
Products remain the property of Maison Orynn until full payment of the price.
ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1. Delivery zones
Products are delivered to all European Union member states and to the United States. The Customer is invited to check that their country or territory is covered by the delivery service before placing an order.
6.2. Delivery methods
Maison Orynn offers several delivery methods, indicated at the time of ordering. These may include:
● Home delivery (Colissimo, Chronopost, etc.)
● Delivery to a pick-up point (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, etc.)
The Customer chooses the desired delivery method before validating their order.
6.3. Processing and preparation
All orders placed on the site are subject to a processing and preparation period of a maximum of 48 hours (working days), before shipment by our services.
6.4. Delivery times
Once the package has been dispatched, delivery times are indicative and vary according to the destination. For all served areas (European Union and United States), the average observed delivery time is 6 to 10 working days.
6.5. Possible delays
These deadlines may be extended in periods of high activity (sales, holidays, promotions) or events beyond our control (logistical problems, strikes, bad weather or customs retention).
6.6. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering and depend on the weight of the package, the chosen delivery method, and the destination. Free shipping may be offered from a certain purchase amount, depending on current offers.
6.7. Order tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number allowing them to track the delivery of their package online via the carrier's website.
6.8. Receipt of parcel
The Customer undertakes to check the condition of the package upon receipt. In the event of a damaged or opened package, it is strongly recommended to:
● Refuse the package,
● Or make a written reservation to the carrier at the time of delivery,
● And contact Maison Orynn within 48 hours via contact@maisonorynn.com.
6.9. Delays and losses
Maison Orynn cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier. In case of non-receipt of the package within a reasonable period, an investigation may be opened with the carrier. No refund or reshipment can be made as long as this investigation is ongoing.
6.10. Errors or missing address
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when ordering. In case of an error or incomplete address resulting in the return of the package, the re-shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
7.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must inform Maison Orynn of their decision by e-mail to: contact@maisonorynn.com. A standard withdrawal form is available on request or can be downloaded from the website www.maisonorynn.com.
7.2. Return conditions and costs
Items must be returned within 30 days of the withdrawal notification, under the following conditions:
● Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, new, unworn, without traces of cosmetics, perfume, or deformation.
● Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, except in cases of proven manufacturing defect or preparation error.
● Hygiene exception: earrings cannot be returned if the protective packaging has been opened or tampered with (see article 7.4).
Before any return, the Customer must contact Customer Service at: contact@maisonorynn.com.
7.3. Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, Maison Orynn will proceed with a full refund of the product(s) concerned within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as that used during the order. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
7.4. Products excluded from the right of return
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Consequently, earrings cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if the protective packaging has been opened or tampered with.
7.5. Defective items or order error
If a received item has a defect, non-conformity, or error (size, model), the Customer must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt at: contact@maisonorynn.com. In this case, Maison Orynn will cover the return costs and will offer the Customer a replacement or a full refund, at their choice.
7.6. Return tracking
For any return, the Customer is advised to keep the package tracking number. Maison Orynn cannot be held responsible for a return lost or misplaced by the carrier.
ARTICLE 8 – WARRANTIES
8.1. Legal warranties
8.1.1. Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code)
All products sold on the Maison Orynn website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.
This guarantee applies when:
● the received product does not match the description given on the site,
● the product has a defect, anomaly, or manufacturing fault,
● or the product is not fit for the purpose usually expected of an item of the same type.
The Customer has a period of two (2) years from delivery to act. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer can choose between repair or replacement of the product, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L217-12 of the Consumer Code. If these solutions are impossible, a full refund will be granted. The exercise of this warranty is free for the Customer.
8.1.2. Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code)
The Customer benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects when the product has a hidden defect that makes it unfit for its intended use. The Customer has a period of two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to act, and can request either the cancellation of the sale (full refund) or a reduction in price.
8.2. Warranty exclusions
Legal warranties do not cover:
● damage resulting from prolonged contact with water (shower, swimming pool, sea), humidity, cosmetic products (perfumes, creams, hairsprays), or aggressive cleaning products;
● normal wear and tear related to regular use (micro-scratches, tarnishing, natural wear of plating and gilding);
● aesthetic alterations due to time (natural oxidation, change in appearance of stones and organic materials);
● damage caused by accident, negligence, or voluntary modification of the product by the Customer.
8.3. Warranty implementation procedure
For any warranty claim (defective product, defect, non-conformity), the Customer must contact Customer Service:

The Customer must specify the order number, describe the detected defect, and attach photos of the product concerned. After analysis, the Seller will indicate the procedure to follow. Return costs related to non-conformity or a defect are fully covered by Maison Orynn.
8.4. Reminder of consumer rights
According to articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer:
● has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act,
● can choose between repair or replacement, subject to cost conditions,
● is exempted from providing proof of the lack of conformity for 24 months after the delivery of new goods,
● can also invoke the warranty against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Collection of personal data
As part of online sales on the website www.maisonorynn.com, the Seller collects certain personal data concerning the Customer, necessary for processing and delivering orders, managing the customer account, invoicing, and, where applicable, sending personalized commercial offers.
Collected data may include: first name, last name, postal address, email address, telephone number, payment information (processed securely), order history, and purchasing preferences.
9.2. Purposes of processing
Personal data is used exclusively for:
● executing the sales contract (preparation, shipping, tracking, and after-sales service),
● ensuring customer relations,
● managing payments and invoicing,
● sending commercial communications if the Customer has consented to it,
● improving the user experience on the site.
9.3. Legal basis for processing
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, data processing is based on:
● the performance of a contract (order, delivery, customer service),
● compliance with legal obligations (accounting, invoicing, fraud prevention),
● and the Customer's consent for commercial communications.
9.4. Data recipients
The collected data is strictly confidential and is only communicated to Maison Orynn's internal departments, to technical service providers involved in the management of the site (host, carriers, secure payment providers, etc.), and to administrative or judicial authorities in case of legal obligation. These service providers are bound by the same level of confidentiality and security as the Seller.
9.5. Retention period
Personal data is stored for the entire duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for 5 years from the last order, in accordance with legal obligations. Data used for commercial prospecting purposes is kept for 3 years from the end of the relationship.
9.6. Customer Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, opposition, and data portability. To exercise these rights, the Customer can send their request to: contact@maisonorynn.com. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days.
9.7. Data Security
Maison Orynn implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the Customer's personal data. Banking transactions are secured via an SSL encryption protocol and processed by approved providers. Customer passwords are stored in encrypted form.
9.8. Cookies and trackers
The site may use cookies to improve navigation, measure audience, and personalize the user experience. The Customer can at any time manage their cookie preferences via the consent banner provided for this purpose. For more information, the Customer can consult the Cookie Management Policy available on the site.

ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
10.1. Seller's Liability
Maison Orynn makes every effort to ensure customer satisfaction and the conformity of products sold on the www.maisonorynn.com website. However, its liability cannot be invoked in the event of:
● non-compliant or inappropriate use of the products sold,
● normal wear and tear of the items,
● non-compliance with the care instructions on the website,
● or indirect damage related to the use of the products.
The photographs and illustrations of the jewelry presented on the site are not contractual. Although materials, colors, finishes, and dimensions are represented as faithfully as possible, slight differences may exist depending on screens, brightness, or display settings. Natural stones, pearls, and organic materials being unique by nature, slight variations in hue, inclusion, or shape are part of their authentic character and do not constitute a defect. Maison Orynn cannot be held responsible for these differences inherent to the materials used.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the site (service interruption, intrusion or presence of viruses, hacking, or fraudulent use of data).
10.2. Customer's Responsibility
The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when ordering, to check the order details before validation, and to use the jewelry in accordance with its intended purpose, avoiding any exposure likely to alter its condition (chemicals, water, perfumes, excessive shocks or friction). The Customer is responsible for the smooth running of the delivery in case of an error in the address provided. Any re-shipping costs related to an incorrect or incomplete address will be borne by the Customer.
10.3. Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable for total or partial non-performance of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code, including: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, terrorist attacks, strikes, breakdowns of transport or telecommunication systems, or any other unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the control of the parties.
In the event of such an event, the performance of the contract will be suspended for its duration. If the force majeure event continues beyond 60 days, either party may terminate the order without compensation, provided the other party is informed in writing.
10.4. Limitation of Liability
The Seller's total liability, all causes combined, can in no case exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the order concerned. In no event shall the Seller be liable for indirect damages (loss of income, loss of data, reputational damage, etc.). This limitation does not apply to legal guarantees to which the Customer may be entitled under French law.
ARTICLE 11 – DISPUTES AND DISAGREEMENTS
11.1. Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all resulting transactions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute or translation discrepancy, French law and the French language shall prevail.
11.2. Prior Complaint
In case of disagreement or dispute, the Customer is invited to contact Maison Orynn's Customer Service first to seek an amicable solution. Maison Orynn undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 48 working hours and to provide a complete response within 15 working days.

11.3. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of the dispute.

11.4. Applicable jurisdiction
In the absence of an amicable solution or mediation accepted by both parties, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be submitted to the competent French court. For a consumer client, the competent courts will be determined in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Code and the Code of Civil Procedure (court of the consumer's domicile).
